Before the summer dead period of recruiting ended, the Alabama Crimson Tide put in a lot of effort on Sunday night to secure two pledges. Finding a big-time running back was one of head coach Kalen DeBoer’s primary concerns, and he was successful.

Alabama is in the midst of the competition for five-star back Ezavier Crowell in addition to pursuing the Tampa Bay native. When Crowell makes his announcement on Thursday, it is anticipated that the Tide will be his destination because they want a second back in this class.
Barnett just recovered from a serious knee injury. Even though he only had 30 carries for 249 yards and four touchdowns the previous season, he is now prepared to play in his senior year.
