The CFL Combine, presented by Anytime Fitness Canada, concluded in Edmonton after three days of testing, on-field drills, and team interviews, giving prospects a chance to strengthen their case ahead of the 2026 CFL Draft.

Sunday’s final practice was full of competitive action, with CFL.ca’s Marshall Ferguson highlighting three standout performers: Joshua Jack, Jez Janvier, and Steven Kpehe.

Joshua Jack | Receiver | Saint Mary’s
Jack impressed with polished route running and reliable hands, consistently standing out during receiving drills. Ferguson noted his smooth movement and ability to create separation, which could help him excel in a CFL camp and professional play.

Jez Janvier | Offensive Lineman | Southern Mississippi
At six-foot-five and 313 pounds, Janvier showcased a strong mix of size and technique, even among a group with few true tackles. Ferguson suggested he projects more as a guard in the CFL but praised his versatility and potential for development, particularly in run-blocking.

Steven Kpehe | Defensive Lineman | Queen’s
Although undersized compared to some peers, Kpehe impressed with his motor, competitiveness, and effort in one-on-one drills. Ferguson highlighted his ability to challenge bigger offensive linemen and noted his consistency and willingness to be physical as key traits for making an impact at camp.

These three players closed out the CFL Combine by leaving a strong impression on scouts, coaches, and general managers, positioning themselves as prospects to watch ahead of the draft.
