Buffalo Sabres fans praised by anthem singer after stepping in for “O Canada”
Following a viral moment at the game, anthem singer Cami Clune took to social media to thank Buffalo Sabres fans for stepping in during a memorable pre-game scene.
Before Game 5 between the Sabres and the Boston Bruins, Clune’s microphone failed while performing “O Canada.” Without hesitation, the crowd carried on, loudly singing the anthem themselves — continuing the team’s tradition of performing both national anthems.

The moment quickly spread online, capturing a show of unity and respect between hockey’s two nations.
