A breakdown of the Saskatchewan Roughriders expected free agents heading into the 2026 season
The Saskatchewan Roughriders captured their fifth Grey Cup title in franchise history with a 25–17 win over the Montreal Alouettes at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg. However, a large portion of the championship roster is now headed toward free agency.

General manager Jeremy O’Day and his staff face a busy offseason if Saskatchewan hopes to defend its title in 2026 — something starting quarterback Trevor Harris has already said he wants to pursue. The Roughriders currently have 45 pending free agents, all of whom contributed in different ways to the team’s 2025 CFL championship run.
