The Vancouver Canucks have received some positive news regarding goaltender Thatcher Demko
Thatcher Demko is back for the Vancouver Canucks, giving the team a boost after a string of injury setbacks. Over the past four seasons, the Canucks have struggled whenever Demko was sidelined.
Backup Kevin Lankinen has filled in admirably, but the team’s fortunes clearly hinge on strong goaltending.

“I feel good. I’ve been able to see the team the last few days here. It’s nice to be back, be around the guys and I’m ready to go,” Demko told reporters.
Despite the positive news, questions remain. Vancouver sits last in the NHL standings, and many fans have accepted a rebuilding year aimed at securing a top draft pick.
Rumors are also swirling about potential trades, with veterans including Evander Kane, Kieffer Sherwood, and even captain Quinn Hughes reportedly on the move.
