Navtarang and CFL Foundation support Frank Hilton Hostel with $5,000 contribution

Navtarang, through the Communications Fiji Limited (CFL) Foundation, has extended vital support to the Frank Hilton Organization, donating $5,000 worth of essential supplies to assist its hostel operations.

The contribution includes towels, bedding, a refrigerator and other kitchen appliances, along with sensory toys designed to support both gross and fine motor physiotherapy for the children in care.

Frank Hilton CEO Sureni Perera said the donation has had a significant impact on the lives of resident children, helping to provide a more comfortable, supportive, and homely environment.

She expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Navtarang team for investing in the wellbeing of children living with disabilities in Fiji and for standing alongside the organization in its mission of care and inclusion.

Perera also paid special tribute to Navtarang Content Director Anamika Maharaj, acknowledging her consistent support, compassion, and willingness to help. She said Maharaj’s dedication has deeply touched the organization and strengthened its ability to care for the children.

According to Perera, the Foundation’s generosity extends beyond material support, reflecting strong community values and a shared belief that every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and love. She added that the organization values the partnership and looks forward to continued collaboration to drive meaningful change.

During the handover, Anamika Maharaj thanked the Frank Hilton Organization and reaffirmed that all five CFL radio stations, particularly Navtarang, remain committed to supporting its work.
