Spengler Cup squad announced as Team Canada includes James Reimer and other ex-NHL players
Team Canada has unveiled its roster for the 2025 Spengler Cup, which begins on Boxing Day in Davos, Switzerland.
The squad includes a strong mix of experienced professionals and former NHL players, headlined by veteran goaltender James Reimer. The 36-year-old is expected to use the prestigious tournament as a platform to showcase himself in hopes of earning another NHL opportunity.

Michel Therrien will serve as head coach, while former NHL executive Marc Bergevin has been appointed general manager.
