Boston Bruins star Charlie McAvoy’s wife shares a deeply moving social media statement regarding the 27-year-old defender
Charlie McAvoy’s season has been challenging, and the same can be said for his wife, Kiley.
Earlier this month, the Boston Bruins defenseman required jaw surgery after being struck by a shot.

While he continues his recovery in hospital, Kiley shared that their young son, Rhys, is also currently receiving care.
She didn’t provide details, but sent an emotional update thanking fans for their support. Rhys was hospitalized over the summer as well, so the family is hoping this latest visit is only temporary.
